Domestic Shipping
- Please be sure to include apartment numbers & double-check your shipping address before checking out. We won’t be able to make any changes once the order is placed.
- Ship to secure locations only! Amor Lace Collection is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages! Any purchase shall serve as an agreement between you (the buyer) & the seller (Amor Lace Collection LLC).
- Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, along with an additional 1-5 business days for your order to arrive using USPS Priority Mail or FedEx!
- Your full government name, along with a matching billing and shipping address, must be used at checkout. Otherwise, your order will be canceled.
Returns
Refund and Return Policy
There will be absolutely no returns on any hair that has been worn, bleached, colored, cut, or opened (unwrapped bundles).
All original packaging including labels and tags must still be attached. Should you return any item(s) to our return address that has been used in any of the ways listed above then you would have to pay the shipping fee so we can ship it back to you. Otherwise, the hair will be discarded after 5 days and no refund will be issued.
Any purchase shall serve as an agreement between you and the seller (Amor Lace Collection LLC). If you would like to return your purchase not related to any conditions above, please contact us at any of our customer service platforms.
Hair on Hand/ In person transactions
Deposits for pick up & drop offs are non-refundable.

All information shared while making a purchase with Amor Lace Collection is safe and secure. We will not share any of your information unless required by law.
In order to protect both parties, information given will be retained for proof of purchase as well as any dispute or fraud. This is for the safety of both parties.
