What types of hair do you sell?

We offer 100% premium human hair — including HD lace wigs, frontals, closures, bundles, and custom units. Each piece is soft, long-lasting, and designed to blend naturally for a flawless look.

Is your hair virgin or raw?

Yes! All our bundles and wigs are made with high-quality virgin or raw human hair — no synthetic fibers, no tangles, and minimal shedding.

How long does the hair last?

With proper care, Amor Lace Collection hair can last 12 months or longer. Raw hair can last up to 2–3 years, depending on maintenance.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes — local NYC pickup or delivery is available upon request. Check our Instagram for posts on Hair on Hand availability.

What is your return or exchange policy?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on worn or altered hair. However, exchanges may be approved if the product is unused and in original packaging within 3 days of delivery.

How do I care for my Amor Lace hair?

• Wash gently with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner

• Air-dry or blow-dry on low heat

• Use silk or satin bonnets at night

• Avoid excessive heat and heavy oils

We accept major credit/debit cards, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay.

Zelle or CashApp (for local pickup orders).
